Who is @diningwithcourt?

Helloooo, I’m Courtney! I host a supper club called Dining With Friends mostly in Seattle, WA, but often in my hometown, San Diego, CA. I didn’t go to culinary school, but have been in and out of the service industry for majority of my adulthood. I also ran a micro bakery called Bakery Darlene, doing pre-ordered pastry boxes, and sourdough bread and bagels. Now I’m just really passionate about showing what a home cook can create, and sharing it in a communal space.

What is this and why subscribe?

I started this newsletter for those of you who often left a supper club saying, “I’m gunna need that recipe for the __!” It is a space to share my recipes, but also to get you more comfortable with using the cookbooks in your home, or any recipe for that matter, and adapting them to your own creativity. There will be salty and savory. There will be sweet. There will be cooking, and there will be baking. And just a whole lot of what I’m loving right now (wine, cookbooks, tools, etc…)
